What is your warranty on Veneto Bath products?


The warranty does not cover damages from normal wear of the product, misuse, or improper maintenance and/or installation. Veneto Bath has the right to refuse any returned items that have no package, are damaged, or have been installed or used.


We provide a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects on our vanities, faucets, and bathtubs and a three year warranty for shower systems, shower cartridges and plumbing products. Please contact Veneto Bath at venetobath@gmail.com for warranty claims. For each claim made to Veneto Bath, the buyer must provide the original invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the cause of the claim with picture evidence. Any omission will invalidate the request.


Are the vanities fully assembled?


All vanity purchases come in two boxes, both fully assembled. One for the vanity and one for the countertop.


Can Veneto Bath make custom vanities for my bathroom?


At this time, Veneto Bath only provides prefabricated vanities and does not make custom vanities.


What is the cost of shipping for Veneto Bath products?


All orders over $299 ship for free. If an order is under $299, you will be contacted after your purchase for the cost of shipping. Alternatively, you can contact ventobath@gmail.com with items you would like to order and your location and we can provide an estimate of shipping costs.


Does Vento Bath offer vanity installation?


Veneto Bath does not offer any installation services.

 

Can I order a vanity with a different countertop hole configuration?


You can order a no hole option for vanities with polyresin and istone countertops. Please contact venetobath@gmail.com with your order number and a confirmation that you would like a different countertop option with your purchase. Stock may not be available at all times, in which case, it would be an ETA of 4-5 months before you may be able to order a no-hole countertop.


Additionally, you can purchase a backsplash for our transitional vanities in both carrara marble or quartz for an additional $75. Please contact venetobath@gmail.com with your order number and a request for the backsplash.


We do not provide services to drill additional holes to the countertops. However, our polyresin and istone countertops can accommodate 8” holes using the correct drill bit, and at your own discretion. We do not recommend drilling quartz or marble countertops as it may crack or damage the material. Veneto Bath is not responsible for any damages to the countertops or vanity if you, a contractor or any other party decides to drill through the countertops.



My order is missing a piece when I was installing it. Who do I talk to?


All inquiries about your order should be emailed to venetobath@gmail.com. All of our products are factory assembled and inspected twice upon packaging. Should you be missing a piece, please send us your receipt with a detailed description and a picture within 7 days of your purchase to venetobath@gmail.com.



Do sinks include pop-up drains and faucets?


All sinks include a chrome pop up with overflow. Faucets do not come with our vanities but can be purchased separately on our website.

 

 

I have an issue with my vanity purchase. Who do I talk to?


Customers must perform a full inspection of their product within 48 hours of receiving it. Check the outside boxes for dents or damage to the cardboard. If there are damages outside the boxes, let the driver know and inspect the product inside before the driver leaves to ensure there isn’t any internal damage. 

If there are damages or defects found upon inspection, take pictures and contact venetobath@gmail.com within 2 weeks with your proof of purchase.
