Plumbing Fixtures: (faucets, shower kits & tub fillers): 5-year warranty.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance/installation.

Claims: Email shop@venetobath.com with the original invoice, a description of the claim, and photo evidence. The omission of any required information may invalidate the claim.

All charges to access the fixture. Installation or removal charges. Units that have not been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and in accordance with the rules, codes and laws currently governing plumbing installation. All problems resulting from improper care or use of inappropriate cleaning products. Do not use acid detergents, abrasive sponges, metallic pads, alcohol-based detergents, disinfectants or other solvents. Any damage caused by hard water, lime deposits or sediments.
