Warranty Coverage

• Bathroom Vanities, Toilets, and Bathtubs are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Plumbing Fixtures (Faucets, Shower Kits, and Tub Fillers) are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions or local plumbing codes
• Use of harsh or improper cleaning products, including:
• Acid-based cleaners
• Abrasive sponges or pads
• Metallic scrubbers
• Alcohol-based cleaners
• Disinfectants or solvents
• Damage caused by hard water, lime scale, mineral buildup, or sediment deposits

Please note that this warranty does not cover labor costs, including charges related to accessing, removing, installing, or reinstalling fixtures.
