• Plumbing Fixtures (Faucets, Shower Kits, and Tub Fillers): Covered for 5 years

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Improper maintenance or installation

If something goes wrong, we’re here to help! Please email shop@venetobath.com with:

• Your original invoice/order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem

Please make sure to include all required information—missing details may delay or invalidate your claim.

Important Notes:

• This warranty does not cover charges for accessing, installing, or removing fixtures
• Fixtures must be installed according to manufacturer's instructions and all relevant plumbing codes
• Avoid using harsh or inappropriate cleaners, including acid-based detergents, abrasive sponges, metallic pads, alcohol-based cleaners, disinfectants, or other solvents
• Damage from hard water, lime deposits, or sediment buildup is not covered
