Shipping & Delivery
RATES & SHIPPING TIME
- Ontario & Quebec: $99 on all orders, delivery 4-5 business days.
- Outside of Ontario & Quebec: $199 on all orders, 7-10 business days.
- United States: Shipping is available to all 57 U.S. states with a flat fee of $960 USD on all orders, 7-10 business days. Duties are included.
- Orders under 15 lbs: $49 on all orders, 2-3 business days.
- No shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Southern Gulf Islands BC, or P.O. boxes.
DELIVERY DETAILS
- Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email within 24 hours to schedule a delivery date that best suits your availability.
- The delivery window occurs between 10am-5pm and the driver will not call ahead.
- Items are dropped off outside on the driveway or curb.
- After your order is delivered, you'll receive an email confirmation.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
- You have 48 hours after the product is delivered to report any damage.
- Email shop@venetobath.com with photos and/or videos of the damage and a representative will respond within 24 hours.
- Veneto Bath does not cover any return shipping costs.
