Shipping Policy
RATES & DELIVERY TIME
- Ontario & Quebec: $99 on all orders, delivery 4-5 business days
- Outside of Ontario & Quebec: $199 on all orders, 7-10 business days
- Orders under 15 lbs (all locations): $49 on all orders, 2-3 business days
- United States: Shipping is available to all 57 U.S. states with a flat fee of $960 USD on all orders, 7-10 business days
DELIVERY DETAILS
- Items are delivered curbside only, the skid will be left on the driveway.
- The delivery window is 10am-5pm
- Shipping Exclusions: No shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Southern Gulf Islands BC, or P.O. boxes.
- Remote/Rural Locations: Shipping may not be available; you'll be notified via email if delivery can't be completed.
- Confirmation: To confirm shipping availability, email shop@venetobath.com for a response within 24 hours.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Post-Warehouse: After your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirmation.
- Delivery Location: Items are dropped off outside on the driveway or curb.
- No Prior Call: The delivery driver will not call ahead.
- Delivery Window: Delivery occurs between 10 am and 5 pm.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
- Claim Window: You have 48 hours after the product is delivered to report any damage.
- How to Claim: Email shop@venetobath.com with photos and/or videos of the damage.
- Response Time: A representative will respond within 24 hours.
- Return Shipping Costs: Veneto Bath does not cover return shipping costs
