If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shop@venetobath.com to return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements: Product must be in brand new condition and include original packaging. For a product to meet the "brand new condition" requirement, it should be unused and free from any signs of wear or damage. The original packaging must also be intact, meaning it should be unopened and in its original, undamaged state. This ensures that the product is as fresh and pristine as when it was first sold.
Return/Exchange Refusal: Veneto Bath may refuse returns or exchanges for items damaged or misused by the client.
Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days excluding any shipping costs incurred by Veneto Bath. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@venetobath.com.
