Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at shop@venetobath.com to return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through our online store.

Veneto Bath may refuse returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged, misused, or are not returned in their complete original packaging. All returns must include the original box, mounting hardware, protective packaging, and any additional components. If any of these elements are missing or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand-new, unused, and uninstalled condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, used, or modified in any way is not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Veneto Bath is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any shipping costs paid to or by Veneto Bath. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at shop@venetobath.com.
